Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Colorado Real Estate Agents We Trust platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

We are a referral platform. We connect Colorado consumers with independent licensed real estate agents. We are not a brokerage, MLS, or party to any real estate transaction.

2. For consumers

  • Submitting a lead is free. You owe nothing to the platform or the agent for the match itself.
  • Any commission or fee you pay at closing goes to the agent and their brokerage under a separate agreement with them.
  • You authorize the matched agent to contact you by phone, text, and email about your real estate request.
  • You may withdraw your request at any time by emailing support@coloradorealestateagentswetrust.com.

3. For agents

  • You must maintain an active Colorado DORA license in good standing throughout your time on the platform.
  • You agree to respond to new lead assignments within 4 hours. Leads that breach the SLA are automatically reassigned.
  • You agree to pay the platform a referral fee of 25% of the agent-side commission on any closed transaction resulting from a referral.
  • You may be suspended or removed for repeated SLA breaches, consumer complaints, or conduct violations.

4. No property listings

The Service does not list properties, estimate home values, or operate an MLS. All property-related services are delivered by the matched agent.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, timeline, price, or sale. Matches are based on ZIP coverage at the time of submission. Availability of any particular agent is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees we received in connection with your transaction, or $100 if none.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
