Claim ZIPs & receive leads
Claim the ZIP codes you want, pick monthly or yearly billing (no sign-up fee) and leads in those ZIPs route to you on a 1 day SLA.

I close about one in three of these leads. The ZIP cap means I'm not fighting twenty agents for every inquiry.

You pay for the ZIP codes you hold.
Every Colorado ZIP carries its own price, set by how much demand it produces. Claim the ones you want - your bill is the sum of them.

Or from $300 per ZIP per year. That is the cheapest ZIP on the map today - in-demand metro ZIPs cost more, and prices move as demand moves. You see a ZIP’s exact price before you claim it.

There is no limit on how many ZIPs you can hold, and nothing is charged per lead. Ten leads out of a ZIP cost the same as one.
Each ZIP holds up to 3 agents, so a ZIP can sell out. Claim the ones you want while they’re open.
Have a coupon code? Redeem it at checkout for money off your first billing period. Plus a referral fee on closed transactions only - terms in the Referral Agreement you acknowledge at onboarding. No fee on leads that don’t close.

What does it cost?
A one-time activation fee plus a monthly subscription — we'll show you the exact amounts after your application is approved. Admins can waive the activation fee or grant comp months at their discretion. In addition, we take a referral fee on closed transactions (terms in the Referral Agreement you acknowledge at onboarding).
How many leads can I expect?
Volume depends on consumer demand in your ZIPs and how many other agents share coverage there. You'll see live capacity (1/3, 2/3, 3/3) during review.
Can I pause leads when I'm on vacation?
Yes. Your dashboard has availability controls including vacation mode and scheduled quiet hours.
What happens if I don't respond in time?
Leads that go untouched past a 4-hour SLA are automatically reassigned. Repeated breaches lead to QC review.
