Proven Brokers, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company, operates the digital marketing platform ColoradoRealEstateAgentsWeTrust.com (“we” or “us”), which connects Colorado homebuyers and sellers with vetted local real estate agents. This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and similar laws.

1. Information we collect

When you submit a lead on our site we collect:

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number
• ZIP code, buy/sell intent, and timeline
• Optional details about property type and price range
• Technical data — IP address, browser, and how you arrived on the site

When a real estate transaction we referred reaches closing, we also collect details about that closed transaction:

• Final sale price
• The agent’s commission on the sale
• Uploaded legal and financial documents — settlement statements (such as the closing disclosure or ALTA settlement statement) and affiliated business arrangement disclosures

We collect this transaction data to operate the referral network, to track which referrals result in closed deals, and to meet real estate recordkeeping obligations that apply to us and our partner agents.

2. How we use your information

• Match you with vetted agents in your ZIP code
• Let those agents contact you about your request
• Follow up with you to ensure quality of service
• Operate and improve the platform (anonymized analytics, fraud prevention)

3. How we share your information

We share your contact details within our closed network of brokers vetted by Proven Brokers, LLC. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with additional agents, brokers, or marketers. If your match fails (no response or wrong fit), we do not share your information with any third party.

4. Your privacy rights

Under the Colorado Privacy Act, the CCPA, and similar laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, but you may opt out at any time. 5. Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS and at rest by our managed database provider. Access to consumer data is limited to the matched agent and platform operators. Uploaded settlement statements and affiliated business arrangement disclosures are stored privately and encrypted, and are not publicly accessible.

We retain closed-transaction records — including sale price, commission, settlement statements, and affiliated business arrangement disclosures — for about five years to satisfy real estate recordkeeping requirements under RESPA and related rules. After the retention period, we delete or anonymize these records unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Cookies & analytics

We use first-party analytics to understand which pages visitors use and to measure campaign performance. You can opt out of analytics via your browser’s Do Not Track setting.
